Shearer K800/3300 ОМТ

Shearer K800/3300 ОМТ is intended for working on coal seams with thickness between 1,8 and 4,5 m with inclines of up to 35 ° along and up to 10 ° across, with coal resistance to cutting of up to 420 kN/m, dangerous on dust and gas. The shearer is equipped with a feeding mechanism with variable-frequency electric drive. The supply voltage is 3300 V provides increased reliability of switching electric equipment due to reduction of current loads and therefore allows use of just one supply mains cable. The shearer has a block construction of main components, local and remote control with radio channel, control equipment, which ensures the following:

• control of supply voltage and correct of phase order;
• diagnostics of shearer components and its operation regime;
• chronological information (by coded query) about shearer behaviour;
• recording of emergency operation in the “Black box”.

Shearer series K600 ОМТ

Shearer series K600 ОМТ is intended for operation as a part of longwall installation with production capacity of 8 to 12 thousand tonnes per day with seam thickness of 2,2 to 4,3 m (5m) with inclines of up to 35 degrees along and up to 10 degrees across, with coal resistance to cutting of up to 420 kN/m, dangerous on dust and gas.

• chronological information (by coded query) about shearer behaviour;
• recording of emergency operation in the “Black box”.

Sheerer series K500М ОМТ

Sheerer series K500М ОМТ is intended for operation as a part of longwall installation with production capacity of 8 to 12 thousand tonnes per day with seam thickness of 1,8 to 3,2 mwith inclines of up to 35 degrees along and up to 10 degrees across, with coal resistance to cutting of up to 420 kN/m, dangerous on dust and gas. The shearer is equipped with ranging arms and rotary gearboxes with high capacity and lower power consumption for cutting process, electric motors with rating of 300 kW, overall performance of irrigation system is significantly improved. The control system uses processor for load regulation, local and remote controls, system of diagnostics and recording of events occurring during shearer operation. The device “Black box” monitors shearer operational behaviour and stores this information.
