ОМТ offers highly reliable rollers for belt conveyors. Roller design is developed on the basis of operating experience of rollers from various manufacturers. Materials used in manufacturing correspond to requirements of Gosgortekhnadzor (Mining Safety Department) for underground mines dangerous on gas and a dust. Manufacturing is performed using specialised tools executing multiple operations in one place that allows reachinghigh precision and excellence. Use of modern methods of sheet-metal forming in manufacturing of seal components of bearing assembly allows considerably (up to 50 %) lower resistance to roller rotation and power consumption of the conveyor drive. Fifteen years operating experience in Kuzbass mines confirm the reliability of rollers manufacturedby ОМТ. «For two years of operation out of 15800 rollers we have replaced 3» –Karagajlinskaya mine.
OMT can manufacture different sizes of rollers in accordance to clients’ requirements.
Pulley is intended for the torque transfer, necessary to move the conveyor belt. Pulley rotation is carried out by means of the gearbox set in motion by an electric motor.
Intended for changing the belt direction. Bypass pulley is placed at the belt bending point. The pulleys can be manufactured with any diameter and length, with bushes built-in or out. Averagecapacity of ОМТbypass pulleys is 50,000 hours.
Drives are intended for torque transfer from the electric motor via the gearbox and drive pulley to conveyor belt.
Belt conveyors idlers are supplied in two modifications — surface (rigid) and pendant for belt width from 800 to 2000 and for roller diameters 89, 127, 133 and 159. Idlers can be manufactured and for different belt width, and also with different designs according to clients requirements and/or their drawings. Rigid idlers consists of runs with length of 3,75 m. Pendant idlers have small-size, easy, especially convenient in underground conditions.
